Dr. Swift is just amazing!! His office is beautiful, welcoming and has a very relaxing feel. His office manager Stefanie is enthusiastic, helpful knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Dr. Swift educated me on my different options to produce the desired outcome I was looking for. He took his time to explain to me what he would be doing for my fine lines and wrinkles and what I can expect. He had a wonderful demeanor, he was thorough and I felt comfortable. Most importantly, I look fabulous!! Highly recommended Dr. Swift for your Botox, your fillers and any/all of your anti-aging needs!!

Recently called to make an appointment with Dr. Swift to discuss Botox. I spoke with his lovely office manager Stefanie. Who happens to be the most warm welcoming person I ever met. I should start by saying this was the first time getting Botox so i Must add how nervous I was. Upon arriving at my appointment Stefanie greeted me and we had the nicest conversation which helped me feel super comfortable. After a few short minutes Dr. Swift greeted me with such a nice hello. We discussed what brought me in and what i was looking for. Dr. Swift gave some recommendations and the rest is history. He is amazing at what he does and i am so happy with the results. I love Dr. Swift, and only trust my face to his hands. He’s been doing my Botox for 2 years now and more recently some filler in my lips. I go every 3-4 months for my Botox and I’ve never looked younger and wrinkle free. My skin looks better than it did at 21 and still so natural. No one believes me when I “confess” about getting Botox. (I’m open and honest, I believe people should know the truth and we all aren’t perfect even if it looks that way)

My lips are perfectly pump.. and they actually look better than I imagined them looking in my head, I’m so happy with my results and will continue to go to Dr Swift for all of my cosmetic needs.

Dr. Swift never ceases to amaze me!!! On 12/9/16 I went to Dr. Swift to get fillers. I’ve always struggled with the thought of getting fillers because of what I see every day living and working in NYC. I had to write an update on my results. On 9/10, will mark 5 months since I had my liposuction Surgery. I will praise Doctor. Swift forever!! He is a true artist! I am so happy with my result. The day of my Surgery I weighed in at 152 lbs and I already lost about 50-55 lbs that I gained during my pregnancy. My Surgery was successfully done! Each time I went for my visit Dr. Swift made me feel better and saw my strides. Well everyone with hard work and direction from Dr. Swift which was living a healthy lifestyle, going to the gym and eating clean. I’m happy to report that I currently weigh 126 lbs !!! My body has never looked so good. When I was120 lbs I wore size 27 waist jeans. Today I wear size 25/26 waist jeans and I’m 6 lbs more than I was prior to being pregnant. My waist is tiny my old jeans are to big now. I always had a nice figure BUT now I’m literally a coca cola bottle. My stomach is flat! I feel great and I look great! Dr.Swift restored my confidence.

I was thinking about getting lipo done because I had just had my beautiful child 10 months before. I began to research and I found Dr. Swift. Finding him was truly a blessing. During my pregnancy I gained 70 lbs, my entire life I’ve always been between 110 lbs-120 lbs. As soon as I was cleared to exercise after giving birth; I did and I lost 55 lbs. I was proud of myself but I lacked confidence and I lost the person that I was, but then Dr. Swift saved me. I called the office and his wonderful assistant Stefanie scheduled me for the following day. When I had my consultation with Dr. Swift he made me feel comfortable immediately. He answered all my questions with patience. What truly loved about him was his honest character. I originally wanted to get my stomach, flanks, and legs done, he said that I didn’t need to do my legs and that I had great legs. Most doctors would of said yes just for the $$!! Not Dr. Swift. He payed close attention to my body, he didn’t make feel like a patient I felt like a friend. When I completed the lipo on my stomach area, his medical team were all so attentive. I was allowed to rest until I was ready not rushed out like many other docs do. The pain was very very minimal. When I returned home I rested, the following day I was walking around fine. By the next day I just felt sore no pain. When I went for my post check up again, Dr. Swift took his time with me. His assistant Stefanie always treated me great. 5/1/14 makes it 3 weeks since my procedure my results are literally Epic!!
Doctor Swift gave me my body back and then some! My waist is tiny my stomach is flat. I’m elated with what I already see, imagine what I’ll see in 4 more months. Dr. Swift restored my confidence back and helped me pick up the broken pieces. As, I’m writing this tears are falling down my face I’m so happy with my results. I’ve thought about having liposuction on my legs for years and have procrastinated for many reasons. I had met with another surgeon prior to meeting with Dr. Swift and I just didn’t feel “so sure” about having my treatment done with her, but truthfully, I didn’t understand why I felt that way about her until I had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Swift. After about 5 minutes of speaking with him, I knew exactly what she lacked and what my gut was expecting to find in a surgeon which I immediately found in him.

Being someone who also works with patients in an aesthetic focused field, I realized immediately that he is meticulous, pays very close attention to details, gives a lot of thought to and took the time to plan the best way to execute my procedure so that I could receive ideal results and-he never wavered from what he believed was the best way to go about it. He genuinely cares about his patients-he is kind, down to earth and listens carefully. I never once doubted whether I was in the right hands for this procedure. I was excited and never experienced an ounce of anxiety going into surgery because I knew that everything was going to be perfect. In addition to his qualities as a person, his skills as a surgeon are also amazing. My legs have never looked better! I am very impressed with his creativity in regards to where he chose to make the incisions, they are in places most people would never notice. And now that I’ve healed and can see the true result of the surgery, I am so please! I have no regrets except that it took me this long to get to you. He is a true artist!

Charnis (his asssistant) is a warm, kind and genuine individual. From the moment I walked in the door the very first time, she made me feel so at ease. She worked-out all the details leading up to my procedure and was very patient with me and all my silly questions. And most of all, she took such good care of me the day of my procedure. I felt so loved :). She really made me feel like it was all about me.

Kathleen (receptionist) is just as sweet as sugar! She made me feel so welcomed with her kind and sincere smile. She always engaged me and made the time I spend waiting there go by so fast. And she also helped me during my procedure, she really made me feel relaxed and keep the discomfort off my mind while chatting with me.

If I were ever to do another cosmetic procedure or if anyone I know ever needs a cosmetic procedure done, Dr. Swift is the only person I would call or recommend. They make one wonderful team!

It was a big decision for me to get liposuction on my stomach because at age 34 you learn to love the cards you were dealt. However, I still dreamed about a day of a flat belly with no muffin tops. I looked up Dr. Swift six months before I was brave enough to make the phone call. The rest is history! It was total trust at first handshake and I was confident that Dr. Swift was going to sculpt my body into the one I felt I deserved. After all, I live a very healthy lifestyle of eating a low sugar vegetarian diet and I exercise daily with a moderate bike ride to work and bi-weekly 5K jogs. Despite this, the stubborn belly rolls never budged! Dr. Swift and I made the lipo plan, Stephanie and I talked $hop, and on the day of the surgery I felt more at ease than I imagined I would be since it was my first ever experience with anesthesia. Everything went really well! The recovery was quick, the bruising was minimal, and the results were all I hoped for. Now it’s been almost 4 months and I am still in a little shock that I have this new body shape especially when I put on slim fitting clothes. The rolls are gone but otherwise my friends haven’t noticed much of a difference. This is good because I wanted the transition to look natural and not sudden. Dr. Swift got that and I am super happy with the outcome. If anyone out there is considering liposuction, don’t stress yourself out with “shopping around”, just go with Dr. Swift! I have seen Dr. Swift at least 5 times now. I have been extremely pleased with my results – every time! – but even more so, I am pleased with Dr. Swift’s commitment to artistry and his attentiveness to my needs as a patient.. Not once have I felt rushed or that I was being pushed into buying something I did not need. I feel most comfortable with his approach of ‘trying a little first, and more later if we want to’. I have had botox and fillers from Dr. Swift, and not once have I bruised to this I credit his expertise in how/where to inject but also to his use of very thin needles (I have heard – but have not verified – that not all doctors use these extremely thin needles, mainly because they are so much more expensive). Even though I consider myself a ‘basics’ girl and frugal shopper, each procedure I feel was worth it. Every time I walk out of his office feeling as though I look a little more refreshed and less tired – huge feats for someone who has spent a greater part of her adult life – prior to seeing Dr. Swift being asked if she has had enought sleep! I was very satisfied with Dr. Swift’s Botox procedure for my crows feet and those dreaded “11” lines between the eyebrows. The doctor did a terrific job. The office atmosphere was pleasant and the wait time minimal. I will certainly return..

Amazing experience! Dr. Swift is very experienced and takes his time to explain the procedure and answer my questions. I did not feel rush at all like the other places I’ve gone to. Although it was just for a jaw botox and any cosmetic technician can do it, It was definitely better to do the procedure by a dr than a less experienced technician.

This is a plastic surgeon who will take his time and give you his best recommendations for your issues. It is too soon for me to comment how the procedure worked, but I am expecting the results he and I discussed. Expectations are key as fillers and/or Botox can only do so much.

I rarely write reviews, but because I relied so heavily on the reviews posted here on realself during my own process of finding the right plastic surgeon, I feel indebted to this community and hope that this review will be helpful to someone one day. I apologize in advance for how long this review will be.I recently visited Dr. Swift to undergo the submental chin liposuction procedure, and everything was smooth-sailing and professional. I did the fact checking so you don’t have to: yes, Dr. Swift is properly board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (he doesn’t have to recertify until 2029).During the complimentary in-person consultation a few weeks prior, Dr. Swift patiently explained every step of the procedure, addressed all my questions with no judgment, and thankfully didn’t push any extra procedures onto me. Although he is fully vaccinated, he kept his face mask on (which I appreciated), and his office is very clean and bright. His demeanor is measured and reassuring, and it’s clear that he is well experienced and knows what he is doing.Although there are very few chin lipo reviews for his practice, he explained that this is a common procedure that he does at least once a week. Given my age (28), relatively stable body weight in the “normal” BMI range, and hereditary lack of a defined jawline/chin, he agreed that I was a good candidate for this procedure, and that I would see a moderate yet natural improvement.After the consultation, his assistant Anastasia (who was incredibly warm, friendly, and reassuring!) reached out to explain pricing: $1,000 to book the appointment slot, an additional $2,500 for the rest coming to $3,500 total.After a lot of research/consultations with other NYC-based practices, my understanding is that this price is fairly reasonable plastic surgery is not the place to hunt for bargain deals. She also explained the pre-op process, asked for my pharmacy to send medications to (antibiotics, Valium, and such), and was incredibly reassuring from start to finish.On the day of the procedure, you bring all the prescribed medications with you. After filling out some paperwork, I was told to change my top into a loose medical gown, take the Valium and wait until it took effect. When I began to feel calm, I was shuffled over to the operating room where I laid down and the process began!The numbing part is honestly the most painful part, everything else was bewildering/strange but painless. If you’ve ever gotten local anesthetic from the dentist, you know what I’m talking about – sharp pinches where the local anesthetic gets injected and then complete numbness.While we waited for the numbing to take full effect, Dr. Swift and Anastasia chatted with me to keep me company/occupied, then he took out a long syringe (and thankfully covered my eyes with gauze because I am a big chicken) and filled my double chin area with tumescent solution from three small incision points: under my chin, then one behind each ear. Dr. Swift explained that this was a mixture of more local anesthetic and epinephrine, which helps reduce bleeding/any complications.He then used a cannula (a small, skinny, hollow tube) to vacuum out the fat and tumescent solution from the same incision points. The actual process of injecting the solution and vacuuming it back out was extremely quick, and as someone who has never gotten any procedure done before, it felt crazy.

There is no pain, but you are aware of the pressure/aggressive movement of the cannula.After he was finished, he stitched up the small incisions, sat me up, put a piece of foam under my chin before wrapping my head up with a simple chin strap, and I was good to go! Including the paperwork and the waiting, start to finish, this was a two-hour time commitment at most. I was told to keep water away from the stitches and keep the chin strap on for 48 hours before entertaining a shower.I will be keeping this chin strap on 24/7 for at least a week, and was told to wear it as much as possible for roughly a month. So far there is minimal bruising and already (only after a few days) I see a subtle difference in my profile. I know that you need to wait for a few more months for the swelling to completely go down, but I am very optimistic about what I see thus far.If you have ANY questions about my experience with chin lipo or with Dr. Swift, I’d be happy to answer to the best of my ability. I am the type of person who tends to over-research things to death, so I’m happy to be a resource for others interested in this procedure. If there is interest, I am debating posting photos and continuing to update this review; but if not, just know that I have been very happy about my experience with Dr. Swift and Anastasia and highly recommend him if you are looking for someone skilled to do your submental chin liposuction procedure.

Hey guys! I had my second labiaplasty done on Monday as I am a perfectionist and wanted some small fixes to the original. These are things no one would notice but I wanted a bit of a smaller appearance of my clitoral region. I know these reviews help so I wanted to continue the process! The surgery was painless. Dr. Swift has always been amazing and his staff too. They always make me feel very comfortable.

I have sincerely felt just fine this recovery. It has been much easier than my first one as it was more minimal. I am back to walking normal, able to sit down and can do normal activities just at a slightly slower pace. I feel great and now I just get to watch the swelling go away gradually. My last labiaplasty I was always so concerned with how everything looked, however, it truly is a marathon not a sprint. I was constantly obsessing over looks and that is NOT the way to do it. The swelling will go away but it takes TIME. My goal this time is to be very patient with myself, take care of my incisions and be relaxed knowing my outcome will be great in due time just like last time.

My dates are off because I had the surgery Monday and today is Sunday so it’s technically day 6 but I’m going to roll with it LOL (:

The external stitches are becoming more loose and I think are edging their way to falling off which means ITCHY and catching on clothes. I’m pain free though just can’t wait for the stitches to fall out.

Hey guys!! Just a four week photo update. I think I’m able to have sex at four weeks but I’m not going to do anything for another week. I feel really good! No pain. Taking care of incision sites and not exercising too crazy. I am actually interested in feedback as far as how you all think I am looking. I need an outside point of view since I see myself all the time.

Hello all, yesterday 8/18/2020, I had a Labiaplasty done with Dr. Swift in NYC. He’s an amazing doctor and his staff is just as amazing. Ever since I was 8 or 9 years old, I noticed that I had large labia minoras they hung pass but labia majoras and one was even longer than the other. They were uncomfortable and I often found myself struggling with certain activities and clothes. I also dealt with chaffing whenever my panties rubbed against it, which would make walking uncomfortable as well. I thought this was something I would have to live with until I discovered the Labiaplasty procedures a few years back. I was so thrilled and knew that I wanted to get this done because it wasn’t only affecting my daily life, it was affecting my love life as well. I was super self-conscious about my vagina and how it looked which in turn, lowered my self esteem.

I went to Dr Swift for a labiaplasty six months ago This is something that I have wanted to do since I was about sixteen years old and now, at the ripe old age of 55, I finally got the courage to do it! I couldn’t be happier it was so easy and literally painless. I was shocked at how little discomfort I actually had because I expected it to be very painful. I was in jeans the next day. He performed the labiaplasty under local anesthetic, and the injections were the worst part but that was over very quickly and then I felt nothing. He used dissolvable stitches. I also opted for an augmentation of my labia majora, which had lost volume due to my age and having gone through menopause. He took some fat out of each of my hips and injected it into the labial area. It looks so much better! I feel comfortable in my own skin now – wish I had done it twenty years ago. Oh well – better late than never! 🙂

After having 3 kids my breasts have never been the same Dr Swift did my tummy tuck 13 years ago and it still is tight! I’ve gained weight but it’s still tight in my tummy! Amazing job he’s a perfectionist. So I wouldn’t think of using anyone else for my breast lift! (No implants) did some fat grafting as well

I have gone to dr swift for my Sculptra treatments for 3 years now and I would not go to anyone else. The combination of his experience with this product, his injection precision and artful approach is priceless. Would never think of going anywhere else.

So today was the day I finally got my labiaplasty. I had been waiting to do this since I was 12. I had been anticipating the date and was SO nervous but honestly the procedure was a breeze! Even the numbing needles I was dreading was not awful. The procedure itself took about an hour and I felt nothing, towards the very end I felt a couple sutures going in as the local wore off but nothing I couldn’t handle. On the car ride home I made the mistake of not taking Tylenol as I felt so great, the ride home was pretty painful. Once I got home and in bed and took the Tylenol I felt fine! Some very very minor pain but I just ended up laying in bed watching movies. So far so good! (Will keep updating as the days go on)

Hey guys! So I thought I had posted yesterday but I guess it didn’t save. Yesterday I got my labiaplasty with clitoral hood reduction surgery! I was so nervous in anticipation for the surgery but was BLOWN away at how minimal it hurt. Even the needles at the beginning with no numbing cream were totally fine! The only thing was towards the end as the local began wearing off I could feel some of the sutures being placed but nothing crazy. I felt amazing leaving the facility with no pain- there was my mistake. I didn’t take any pain medication and boy did I feel it in the ride home! Immediately I took 2 Tylenol extra strength tablets and the 30 minutes before it kicked in hurt like a B****! However, after the medicine kicked in the pain was very tolerable I’d give it a 2/10 and only when I moved certain ways or too quickly would I feel pain. I have been wearing bicycle shorts for compression and using water to help when peeing. I am dabbing dry with pure cotton rags and applying bacitracin after. There was a little bit of bleeding on the surgical wound drape, nothing concerning. Today is day 2 and I see a bit more swelling but thankfully as I have been icing ever since I got home it seems to be staying under control. My Clitoral area is rather swollen but nothing I wouldn’t expect considering all of the blood that goes to that area. Bruising is also being managed I am taking arnica tablets. Honestly, Day 2 and I need 0 pain medication!! I never even touched the acetominophen with codeine the whole time. Just over the counters! I feel great today only a small amount of pain on my left side but I’d give it a 0.5/10! I will continue to ice and today I start my sitz baths, will keep you updated!

Day 2 and 3 have so far been the same. Today is technically day 3 but it is still early in the day. Yesterday I experienced some minimal pain and the swelling seemed to hit the peak at around 2 AM this morning. I woke up in my sleep and went to the bathroom for a sitz bath for relief. I have been wearing my compression shorts and today (day 3) I will be switching to a light night gown. I believe my swelling reached the point where I may start to come down. I will continue icing today and I am writing this while doing a sitz bath. I have 0 pain today and I am awaiting the dreaded itching lol! I hope it doesn’t hit me too hard as I am an avid mosquito bite scratcher. So far no signs of infection and I only took one day of antibiotics as sometimes they give me a yeast infection. I am being very diligent keeping the area clean (especially after a bowel movement or even passing gas). I am applying a thin layer of bacitracin and will continue to update!

As I stated in the photo I am concerned about the size of my clitoral area as opposed to the rest of the vulva. I’m very hopeful the swelling goes away and I begin to look more normal. If anyone has any input on how their clitoral hood swelling subsided as opposed to the labia. Thanks guys!

Woke up this morning around 3 am again! Was in pretty bad pain but still very manageable just couldn’t get comfortable to sleep. Ended up doing a sitz bath with unscented wash, then salt, then pure cold water. I changed my underwear to something a bit tighter but not too crazy and was able to sleep. Since waking up I feel pretty good. I have been icing to combat more swelling and also, keeping up on arnica tablets. I am being extremely diligent-still, and will continue to do so as time progresses to keep the area clean and healthy. I have been applying less bacitracin just a small coverage to ease with friction and to help with the recovery process of the cauterized skin. Laying in bed is getting old but law and order SVU is keeping me company. Also, quick side note the sutures up top around my clit and down toward the perineal area aren’t really bothersome. I have heard some horror stories about people shortening them by themselves-no thank you! I have a follow up on Monday and am expected to work the day after tomorrow. Hopeful things go smoothly.

Hey guys! So now it is day 4 evening, I was supposed to work tomorrow but had to call off. Very thankful of my boss and the women I work with to cover me! I still cannot walk right (look like I’ve been riding a horse all day), my swelling doesn’t seem to be getting better it seems to be pretty stagnant and almost seems worse than this morning. The only activity I did was vacuum my floor for like 10 minutes (extremely lightweight). Overall my pain is okay, I took 2 Tylenol however so I will be able to hopefully sleep through the night tonight. I’m concerned about the bulb on my clitoral area to the left as well as the size of my clitoral area in relation to the rest of my vulva. This was supposed to be a clitoral hood reduction but I am obsessed over the purple marks up top that were supposed to be slimmer but were not touched during the procedure. I will ask my surgeon on my Monday appointment considering if needed a revision I can’t do it for 6 months! Fingers crossed my swelling goes down I am getting a bit impatient and down on myself. I told myself I’d stay positive so I’m going to try to keep my head up. I’ve been icing all day as well and still taking my arnica tablets.

Hey guys!! So it’s now the morning of day 5 after the date of my procedure (crazy to say that!) I am feeling much better today as far as pain, I did wake up again around 3:40AM with some discomfort. I seem to swell a lot when I’m sleeping but I gave up putting the pillow under my back as I was getting bad back pain. After a sitz bath and new ice pack I was able to go back to sleep. So far I am feeling good, the swelling seems to have gone down quite a bit. However, the swelling seemed pretty good the day before yesterday and then yesterday it seem to get worse. I will need to continue to be patient. However, I am still a bit concerned about my clitoral area especially those two marks that I can’t seem to get off my mind that we’re supposed to be tucked in to make that area look smaller. I think that my plastic surgeon must have forgotten or something, but I will ask again when I go for my appointment on Monday. I have the clinics number but I don’t have a personal number in case of any emergencies, I’m going to call today to get a personal number for my doctor. If anyone has any comments on how it’s looking I really appreciate that! Best!

I’m honestly upset. I went to dinner today my first outting since surgery and I could feel the warmth from my vulva as if it was filling with blood! I came home and didn’t look too swollen, but looking to the difference between this morning and this evening and I am upset! I have been cooped up inside for what feels like forever. I had to call off of work again tomorrow (terrible). Honestly I am so concerned about my clitoral region I am already planning on a revision. However, a friend on here tells me it should go down pretty well & it just takes more time. I’m feeling down in the dumps today, tomorrow please bring me some good news!

Hey guys, I’m feeling much better today as far as the swelling. I think I rushed it with the dinner and it made everything look horrible and swollen. I will make sure to take it easy as I now don’t have work for 5 more days- phew! So, the swelling always seems better in the morning because obviously I’m rested and my body is horizontal so blood flow is managed. My pain is completely gone and I have finally started walking a bit better. My clitoral size is something I think I’ll have to come to terms with the fact that it looks better than before. There seems to be much more tissue on the right of it but – I just am keeping calm that it does look better than before. Wish I had more before photos. I felt like I was hanging all the time but now I feel much better- no chaffing is a wonderful thing! However, I have been going commando for much of the time after the compression shorts came off. Let’s go recovery!

Hey all! Today was honestly MUCH easier. Being in bed is getting tiring (as funny as that sounds) my energy levels are pretty low, but my pain is at 0. My vulva does seem to be healing nicely and I really am taking very good care to keep things sterile and iced! I’ve been using ice packs all day, took a ride in the car but sitting still bothers me. My clitoral area is still rather large in comparison but still keeping positive. Will update in the AM. Continuing sitz bath and now showering much better. I still am using water with every urination and after I go number 2, I do a cleansing sitz bath so no bacteria finds it’s way anywhere it shouldn’t!

Tomorrow will be my 7 day post op appointment. My overall recovery seems to be going well! I am going to ask about my clitoral region but I hope he doesn’t touch or poke at it because it is very sensitive still. Today was fine! No pain and I have been continuing sitz baths, bacitracin and making sure the area is airing out. I am supposed to do a 3 hour drive tomorrow ): , also walking is still proving difficult.

I think today is technically supposed to be day 7, today is my 1 week recheck. I am in a little bit of pain today. I can’t walk right and I live so far from the doctors office by public transportation. I will have to probably spend a lot of money on an Uber ): ! I really hope the swelling goes down I am feeling a bit sad honestly.

So I had to drive 3.5 hours today which was AWFUL!! I stacked up on ice packs and did ice the whole way there but I knew I would get swollen- and I did! Nothing to terrible (photo), the drive was painful but I’m feeling good now! Cleaned myself and put some more ointment on and am now laying in bed icing up. During my one week follow up the doctor said I was looking good and no signs of infection. I will go back in 2 weeks with hopefully much less swelling !!

Hey everyone! So I experienced a bit of soreness upon waking up (I think from my drive) but my swelling seems much better! I did a sitz bath and have otherwise just been laying and icing. Hopeful by tomorrow the pain subsides as I have to drive again Thursday evening ): ! Stopped taking all ibuprofen/arnica and I’m feeling good. Still using bacitracin and unfortunately I have accumulated a rash on my tush. I think from laying so much. Otherwise feeling good! Does anyone have any questions? I’m here to help!

Hey guys! Day 9 was okay, I felt a bit better today than yesterday. I got to hangout with my friends but we just laid in bed which was nice. I am hopeful the swelling goes down ): I feel like the days keep going and no progress is made. I also see a slight rip in a stitch on the left side of my clitoral area. I will be very gentle and ginger as I don’t want it to rip!!

Good morning !!! The swelling seems to be getting better each day (evening looks are always more puffy and swollen). I think the clitoral area is still too big and I am worried about a revision. I’m upset about that but overall I am happy with the results otherwise so far. I have no pain- the itching has begun to set in but I am ignoring that. Let’s hope today is a great day!

Hi loves! Today was an okay day. I tried going to the grocery store but got sore quick from walking. Sitting is very uncomfortable still ): I work Friday for 8 hours sitting so pray for me! I took some Tylenol so I could sleep through the night as I have the drive tomorrow and want to be well rested. I managed to get some diaper rash ointment for my tush as it really hurts just from laying so much on it. See you in the morning!

Hey guys today is my first day back to work so pray for me lol! The itching has come on at full force. Still waddling around like a duck so hopefully that goes away soon. I have a split it one of my sutures which I am nervous about but it seems clean and I am very diligent with making sure everything is taken care of so hopefully it will heal quickly. Overall, I’m feeling pretty good I am sitting on a bean pillow and going to take things slow.

There is no photo as I had the scariest moment since I got this procedure. I must have done something at work from walking because my left sutures split. I was bleeding down my legs it was scary. I called the doctors office but it was closed so a nurse answered. Within 20 minutes the doctor called me and was very reassuring. He even told me if I didn’t like how it came out he would pop some lidocaine in there and fix it for me. That’s how sure he is that I will like it. It was very calming as I was terrified it would be ruined. My clitoral region is still big and looks a little wonky with such tiny labia but I’m sure it’s just residual swelling.

So I managed to mess up the days HAHA yesterday was day 11 and today is day 12. Swelling seems a bit better but the ripped stitch hurts so bad ): I will be resting today.

Iced all day and laid down! Feeling alright. Still walking a little funky really hopeful that goes away this week (: I am a bit swollen from the day and I did a sitz bath in warm water.

Today was okay. Still painful to walk and feel like the swelling it needs to keep on going away (: ! My stitches are coming out so some little areas need to heal on their own.

Hey so I felt AMAZING This morning was able to move and walk around comfortably and I always seem to over do it (so I did). Now I’m sore and laying down I have to remember to take it slow. I am going to be icing and my swelling hopefully continues to go down. I see my PS on Monday so in about 5 days. Wish me luck it looks better by then.

I can’t believe it has been 16 days!! I still cannot comfortably walk or sit so I really hope that begins to change. I also hope my swelling continues to get better. I am using a very small amount of bacitracin and an even tinier amount of coconut oil to help with friction. My labia are so sensitive and my new growing hair is prickly and hurts the area quite a bit. Wish me luck!

Today I was mostly comfortable! Walking was a little bit easier and sitting well.. still a little weird. I have work tomorrow so fingers crossed things go well tomorrow. I will be packing ice packs and trying to limit my movements as much as possible. I am writing this icing in my bed and just still hopeful my swelling continues to go away. It’d be nice if my clitoral region skimmed out a bit! The labia look okay to me it’s just really the transition and my clitoral area is still large. Pain is a 0 and I am continuing my diligent wash regime.

I successfully made it through a work day!!! Yay!!! I was a bit sore at the end but I made it through which felt amazing. I work again tomorrow but it is a short shift. Swelling swelling GO AWAY!!! (:

I was sore after work today and walking/sitting is still problematic. I am hopeful things start to get better for me soon so I can start being more active so I can get back to my regular lifestyle. I have a recheck on Monday so we will see how things are going then.

I am tired of not being able to walk/sit. Missed out on a beach day as I can’t wear tight clothing either (or swim). I really want the swelling to go away I’m starting to be nervous it’s not swelling but how it’s going to look. No pain when laying down!

I wrote Day 19 twice.. let’s see how many times it takes for me to get this right! Anyways I figured I would hop on quick to tell you guys…. HOLY ITCH. I took my second daily shower for the day and applied a thin layer of my ointment and coconut oil and BAM. It was welcomed because for once it’s not discomfort it’s just itch, which means healing! Yay!!

Today was my 3 week recheck with Dr. Swift! He told me I should stop using bacitracin and even gave me some medication to help with the swelling that is still persisting. Walking this afternoon was much easier after taking the medication and I felt much better. I will continue to ice and take good care of it as it’s still healing I will meet back with my PS in about 2.5 weeks. By then I will be at 5.5 weeks and hopefully nearing my more definitive result! (I know there will still be some swelling then too).

I am getting so concerned over the size of my clitoral hood/region as opposed to the rest. The photos with me spread don’t show as much but you can see from the other angle. I am quickly nearing the one month mark & I’m not so sure how much more this can go down. Any advice? I’ve been icing every single day and taking really good care of myself. Just hopeful this goes away and becomes less prominent.

After seeing my before pictures I can gladly say I have so much swelling left that needs time to go away. Thankful I will be thinning out in a while and just need to be patient!

No pain (yay!!) walking is getting so much easier! Sitting still funky and I have work tomorrow but I’m glad I’m doing better. Clitoral area still too big but I’m confident the swelling will keep going away! It feels very firm to touch so I can tell things aren’t settled. I am very relieved about the walking comfortably so I can go out and do some things or clean the house etc!

I decided to only post now weekly as I feel I have made quite the distance from surgery day. This past week I have had absolutely no pain, I am back to my every day habits. It feels really good to be able to do the things I wants took for granted, sitting, walking etc. The healing process ever since I’ve been able to do my usual activities has been very easy. I am very thankful that I did get this procedure done as I do feel I look much much better than before. There is however still quite a bit of tissue around my clitoral area that I feel makes it look a bit asymmetrical. I’m going to ask my plastic surgeon how much that would cost to get reduced at my six week check-in. He is very kind and I’m sure he would be willing to help but I understand there still could be some residual swelling so I’m going to be patient. I also know that I will have to wait at least six months in order to do that revision, and I am happy where I’m at to be able to say that I wouldn’t mind waiting. I am most definitely way happier with myself than I was before. I feel like I can wear more clothing that I wasn’t able to before. It really seem to fix a problem with my uncomfortable sensations that I used to have with in my clothing. The labia minora are extremely comfortable and I can wear a bathing suits without having any bulge, except for the clitoral area a bit.

Hi guys!! Brief check in on 5 month date. So I really do love my result but there are a couple things I want to talk to my PS about. There is a pretty large difference between my labia and where my clitoral hood protrudes. I really wish my clitoral hood would’ve been greater reduced. I mentioned this when I went for my check in and the Dr. reassured me that it would probably come down more with swelling. I feel as though I’m at the end of my recovery and I really would like to go back to have some small alterations done. I saved up a lot of money for this and I want to fix the things that bother me.

33 Years Old, So Excited to Finally Have a Flat Stomach!
I’ve had a bit of abdominal pooch that won’t go away for as long as I can remember – it sticks around even if I am 15 or 20 pounds lighter than my “before” picture here. So finally I decided it was time to work with a surgeon to get the body I really wanted.

I did a lot of research before choosing Dr. Swift – reading reviews and looking at before and after pictures for many board-certified plastic surgeons to try to find the doctor who seemed to have the best results starting on relatively lean individuals. It’s only been two days since my surgery and I’m already super thrilled I did it – I know my body well and I was *never* able to achieve this kind of flat stomach before, so I’m incredibly excited to see the results continue to develop as swelling goes down over the next few months.

Week 3 and per Doctor Swift’s advice I have just switched over to wearing the compression garment only during the day and taking it off for bed, which is a nice change of pace (and certainly makes laundry easier). Numbness is starting to improve a little – last night I had the a funny bout of itchy/burniness and then it went away.

I’m still happy, although I hope that as the final swelling resolves I have a little bit of a flatter result as far as my lower abdomen (immediately below my belly button). Wait and see for the next couple months, I guess!

So I gained about 10 lbs after my lipo (which I have subsequently re-lost most of), and I have remained happy with my results through the whole weight swing.

What I wanted from this was a contour change to flatten out the belly fat around/under my belly button, and this area stayed nice and smooth even when I gained some weight (I wasn’t six-pack ripped or anything, but the pooch I had retained the same smooth/flattened contour Dr. Swift left it with.

After years of fighting that fat deposit through diet and exercise, lipo was honestly the best five grand I’ve ever spent.

28 Years Old, Wanted to Do This for a Long Time and It Was Totally Worth It! – New York
It has been a while now since I wanted to have this procedure done. About a year ago, I was having a drink with my male friend and he was telling me about his experiences with various girls. I am 56 years old, slender and fit and I had noticed in recent years that my face had a drawn, haggard look and lines from my nose to my mouth that I hated! After the first treatment I just looked refreshed but after 3 more (spaced out over a year) I looked great-the haggard look was gone, the lines really softened-and I didn’t have that weird fake look that I see people have sometimes. 19 Years Old, Unilateral Labiaplasty, Virgin, Alone – New York, NY
Ever since I was seven, my left labia has always been a bit bigger than the right side, and to be honest, I was going to perform labiaplasty on myself because it bothered me too much. And I didn’t even know that this existed until I spontaneously search for other women with the same problem. I was hesitant on paying $2K+ on this surgery because I am only 19, full-time college student, and working part-time at a cafe, and I didn’t have time to allow healing. But with the many other things I have done that included a healing process I went for it. I went to one plastic surgeon for a consultation, everyone was really nice there but the price was a bit higher than the other reviews I read, $2900; other women had gotten a bilateral procedure for $2000 but that was in Texas; I reside in NYC so I do assume everything is raised. This was back in March 2016. I waited until the end of my semester to decide and ended up going to another surgeon for a consultation, Dr. Richard Wellington Swift, after Memorial Day, and now, a week after, I done it. I’m not sure if this is worth it yet because it is quite early to tell.

Additionally, I done this procedure in secret without my family whom I lived with or my close friends knowing. I know my mother wouldn’t allow me to receive such procedure and reason that everyone’s vagina is the same. My friends probably wouldn’t think otherwise but maybe in the future I would tell tell them I had plastic surgery. So I paid everything with my own savings, and went to the office, back home, and the pharmacy on my own. It wasn’t so bad as long as you don’t take the bus on a bumpy road; and hide your medications from your family.

After the procedure, I went to CVS to purchase some Aquaphor and then took the bus from the upper east side down to Chinatown to pick up my medications. The back of the bus’s seats were very high so it was too uncomfortable to sit on as were the desks in my class because as soon as I got up there was a sharp pain. I picked up my medications and headed to the train station, this was about maybe 7 blocks, and usually I walk pretty fast but I had to waddle my way there because it was just painful. I got home and attempted to sit in a chair but just ended up plopping myself onto the seat and getting up was hard because you have to use your arms to stand up. Afterwards, I went to class which meant walking up flights of stairs at the train station and at school. It was the same but it wasn’t terrible pain it was like little pinches but if you move too much it’s sharp. I came home, ate dinner and my medications. I was told not to take a shower, but I can’t sleep unless I do so I interpreted as “I just can’t get the area wet” so I wiped myself clean and washed my hair in the sink. My pelvic area is still “unclean” but I already changed my pad about three times. (I also have my period but since the surgery involved a lot of blood, it didn’t matter, although I was told first to use a tampon, but I wouldn’t know how to take it out through the swollenness.

Anyways, this is day 1, hopefully all goes well and it’ll heal fine.

I got a full night of sleep, which was nice considering the fact that I felt unclean because of my sponge bath. I checked my pad, it was normal with blood but not too much, similar to the period spotting. I reapplied my Aquaphor and checked up with the doctor on the phone. It was still difficult to sit down, I had to raise one leg onto my chair to prop my pelvic area up, but it gotten easier throughout the day. Although I was instructed to stay home and rest for 3-4 days, I actually went out and travelled 8 miles to hangout with a friend. I live in NYC so I have a lot of errands to run. It was easier to walk now but I was worried every time I walked too fast or walked with my legs to closely. I travelled about 15 blocks today, went to my friend’s house, and went to class. Throughout the whole day there wasn’t a lot of pain, just sensitivity if I accidentally brushed the area.

I returned home after class, and took a shower. I was advised to take a sitz bath but i only soaked my butt for about a minute when I saw no results of “debris”. I was also advised to clean off the dried blood but I didn’t want to touch the area just yet, and it still looked awful. I attempted to shower without having too much of the water pressure on me. I just allowed the water to trickle down instead. I put on another pad with Aquaphor and finished off the day.

It’s day 3 since my procedure. I woke up feeling normal, with just the urgency to urinate. I dabbed afterwards instead of wipe like I had been. There was no pain which was unexpected because usually with all the other things I had done to my body, there were always after pain. My labia and my clitoral hood is less puffy-looking but it hasn’t subsidized all the way yet. It is still sensitive to the touch especially when I use toilet paper. It is still hard to sit because the labia is still “big” and I have to position in a way so that there wouldn’t be pressure on it. This also goes for walking, I had to raise my butt up more so that my legs don’t crush my labias together. I got up and did my usual house routine and went to class again. I took the stairs and everything pretty well but slowly.

After class, I came back and took another sitz bath and that’s pretty much it. I can’t tell if there are much results but I can feel that it is still swollen it hurts when it touches the pad on my underwear. It is less puffy than day 1, I would say. And I only took one painkiller in the morning just in case.

So this is my first day back at work after the surgery. I didn’t tell anyone about the surgery but i tried to not walk up and down the stairs too many times. I work at a cafe/bakery so everything is stored in the basement so it was hard not to walk so much and carry anything over 5 pounds. I only work for about six hours and then hurried home to get ready for my friends to pick me up to go to the beach.

The beach was all right just because we mostly laid down and discuss about our lives. And my friends drove me home so I didn’t have to walk and transfer so many trains. I just took a shower, my site bath, washed my hair and applied Aquaphor. I was advised to put that on twice a day but I was already late for work so I didn’t apply it in the morning. But even so, the clitoral hood wasn’t as big as the day before but still a bit sensitive. I don’t know, but maybe it’s still gonna be big at least until the next week. This was maybe because I also wore shorts to the beach and it might have suffocated the area too much. I just wore leggings when I worked so that I wouldn’t be in that much discomfort. I also stopped taking my painkillers because there were no pain except when the labia hits the seat when I’m sitting down or when my legs start to close in when I walk.

and that’s it, that’s day 4!

Today I was had already RSVP’d for my high school summer reunion with my friends. That meant I had to go out. My labia is doing great except it’s still sensitive and it’s doesn’t seem to subsidized as fast as the first few days. I didn’t apply Aquaphor in the morning but I applied it the night before. I went about my day in a t-shirt and shorts. The shorts were actually very uncomfortable, there were something about that that applied too much pressure and compression on the labia. I had to sit in certain positions so that I’ll feel more comfortable. Otherwise it was fine with walking, but walking up and down the stairs were the same. Stairs also feel a bit uncomfortable. So I went to go eat sushi and karaoke and sitting was just horrible.

I came home and took a shower, and applied Aquaphor. But this time, the Aquaphor made my labia itch. I also didn’t put a feminine napkin on my underwear tonight but otherwise, I think it’s healing because most of my piercings start to heal when it itches. I know they’re not the same type of skin but my skin healing processes delays.

Day 6 was getting better. I had work today, the only placed the hurt were my feet. The surgery area was still itchy but otherwise, it was fine. It is still a bit swollen and I still applied Aquaphor after the shower but I stopped taking sitz baths. I walked a bit too much today but it was okay it didn’t hurt or anything.

So everything is going well. I had my follow up and everything was surprisingly going well considering all the things I did that I wasn’t suppose to do. I was told I didn’t need to apply Aquaphor anymore and just continue doing everything I usually do. I hope it can heal faster though. It’s gradually becoming less swollen but it’s taking a long time. But otherwise, I”m doing fine.

51 Year Old Mother of 3, Necessary Muscle Repair, Tummy Tuck, and Lipo – New York, NY

I am 2 1/2 weeks post-op.
I have to say…I’ve wanted to do this for a long time, and just reached the point that it became a necessity. I am the biggest “scaredy-cat” and was not trying to have any surgeries! But, it was impacting my health, and, I did not recognize myself. I did a lot of research, and went to see 3 board certified surgeons. And, my advice to anyone who needs to have this procedure done, do your research! The first 2 surgeons had very impressive credentials, but, I did not connect with them. To me, their bedside manner was lacking. They seemed to take it for granted that, because of their “celebrity” status, they did not have to really be an integral part of the consultation. They seemed “too busy” to take the time to really talk to me, and to explain the process to me. As soon as I met the third surgeon, Dr. Richard Wellington Swift, I immediately knew that he was the one! He sat down and talked to me. I was a nervous wreck, and he was a calming spirit! He was a great listener, and very thorough with his questions and answers. He did a thorough examination of my body, to determine exactly what would need to be done. He touched, pressed, molded, and took pictures. I needed extensive muscle repair, abdominoplasty, and lipo of the flanks. He explained the surgery, the recovery, and beyond. He also explained how I would retain my original belly button. I walked out of the consultation room feeling well-armed with information, and happy. I had found the perfect Doctor for me … Someone who cared about me as a patient, and who understood why I was seeing him! I went directly to the front desk to speak to his office manager, Stefanie, booked my surgery, and gave them my deposit. I KNEW I had met the doctor who I would later call, my “miracle worker”!

The morning of surgery was scary, not because of the surgery itself (I was confident about Dr. Swift), but, because I was going to be “under” for several hours. Dr. Swift was sweet, comforting, and spoke to me about the power of faith! (I love him for that, too!). My anesthesiologist came to see me, and we had a great conversation! By the time I walked into the surgery room, I KNEW that God had it all under control, and I would be fine! Surgery would be performed by a great surgeon, assisted by a great anesthesiologist!

When I came out of surgery, I felt GREAT! Why? Because it was over, and I made it through! I felt minimal pain, but, of course it was because of the medication.

Two and a half weeks later, I am healing well! My body is BEAUTIFUL! My belly button is BEAUTIFUL! (Honestly, this was my first introduction to it since my early youth. It had been buried in layers of fat for so many years ….). I have to say, I’ve read stories and seen pictures of how some people’s belly button look after this type of procedure, and I am fortunate that I found my “miracle worker”, Dr. Richard Wellington Swift! Some people are left WITHOUT a belly button, some people are left with an obviously MANUFACTURED/CREATED belly button. Not me! I have my ORIGINAL BELLY BUTTON, and it looks amazing!

Also, my scar is so low, I can wear a bikini. Since I’ve had 2 C-sections, Dr. Swift did the procedure along the C-section area. And, it is healing beautifully. No staples! So, I don’t have to worry about any staples being removed from that area! Thank God! Seriously, every time I see myself in the mirror, I am excited! That Doctor, Dr. Swift, is REALLY REALLY a miracle worker! I still can’t believe this is me!!

Also, some people end up with what is termed “dog ears”. Not me, thank God! The thought of any type of surgery, at this time, is unthinkable! My scar is beautiful and smooth. I think it has to do with the surgeon, and how your body heal…but, I don’t know for sure.

Oh, I almost forgot to mention, I did have one drain after surgery, which was removed on day 5 post-op. I know that some doctors don’t use the drain method anymore, but, although it was uncomfortable and a pain-in-the-butt to have, it did keep me from moving around too much. I didn’t have that false sense that I was done! I am always busy, always on the go, always have “something that I must do”, and don’t know how to sit still. Having the drain forced me to sit still, and that, I believe helped in my healing process. FOR ME, I am glad that I had the drain. Again, it may not be for everyone, but, I’m glad my doctor used it!

In case you didn’t realize ….I love, love, love my surgeon…DR. RICHARD WELLINGTON SWIFT. His office is in Manhattan. He is an amazing and gifted surgeon. He is truly my “miracle worker”, and I’m so happy that God led me to him!

With all that said, please understand that deciding to have this procedure done was not an easy decision. For me, it became a necessary decision. The healing process has not been easy for me, since I hate pain, and I don’t like to take medication. But, I am making it through. You HAVE TO HAVE someone with you for a couple of days! And, you HAVE to follow your surgeon’s orders! Also, be kind to yourself! Whenever, you start questioning yourself as to “why did I do this to myself?” Remind yourself of how unhappy you were, and that you deserve to take care of yourself, and be happy too! A lot of us who are moms, forget that we deserve to treat ourselves well … We give to our jobs, to our friends, to our families, to our husbands/partners, and to our children! We almost never have anything left to give to ourselves! This journey is a “giving” journey….for ourselves!

I have to say, I am not a “You-Tuber”, but, as I’ve been “immobile” for a little while, I started following a young lady named “Jazzy Rachel”. She, too, went through this process. And, although her healing process was quicker than mine, she helped me through this very challenging time period! She is kept it “real”! I thank her for sharing so much of her journey. She is also on realself as “jazzygul”.

To all of you who are contemplating this procedure, either out of medical necessity, or just because you want to do something to make youself happier with the way you look …. Good luck! I wish you well! And, I wish you a speedy recovery! It may not be an easy procedure, but, it is well worth it!

The last question I asked Dr. Swift, as I was being prepped for surgery was, “Dr. Swift, do you promise to make me beautiful?” His response to me was, “I will make you EVEN MORE beautiful!” And, he did! For that … I will be forever grateful!

These are some of my “after surgery” pictures. I don’t have a lot of pictures, as I was not planning on posting the pictures. But, I hope they help to tell the story.

This is me 2 1/2 weeks post op. The front view and the side view (with undies on). I will try to update later with a side-by-side of before and after. The next 2 pictures show me without my undies, to show you my belly button and my taped sutures. My doctor does not use staples (thank God!)!!! After the sutures, he put a special tape over it to help with the healing process. After a couple of weeks, the tape dried out and started peeling off by itself.

30 Y/o, No Kids, So Happy I Did This – New York
This has been a long time coming-more than half my life I’ve been uncomfortable both physically and emotionally, by my larger labia.
I remember doing crazy things to hide it-like glue my outer lips together in order to lock the inner ones from falling out. Not smart, I know, but I was a desperate teen. It has hugely affected my relationships and sex life as I never wanted anyone to see it and I constantly had to “tuck” it in my underwear, bikini, so it wouldn’t pop out or form a bulge. I would honestly say it’s hindered me from doing many things I want to do, thus making me feel trapped in my own body. Now, 3 days after the procedure, I cannot stop smiling. I am finally free.

It’s now been 5 days since my procedure and I’m doing well!

Right after the procedure I put on my trusty compression shorts which have been a life saver. I have not taken them off since (save for showers) and I really feel they’ve made my recovery so much easier. It puts a nice pressure there and I feel protected. The day of, after the procedure, was the hardest and the only day I experienced any kind of pain. It was a dull aching constant pain but I was constantly icing it which helped and the Tylenol 600 came in handy. That day I didn’t move at all. I propped my hips up with pillows and laid on my back, again constant icing. I did this for the next few days, only getting up to use the bathroom and shower. This isn’t because i was in pain but was just super conscious of healing properly and being gentle on my body. I took 3 full days like this, and yesterday was back at work. I’m totally fine, just wearing my compression shorts and a panty liner, and always using a spray bottle to gently mist the area while I use the bathroom. I never really was swollen either, which I’m grateful for, and even the day of saw how amazing that area looked… It’s been a dream come true from the beginning!

It’s now been almost 2 weeks and I’m my happiness has only increased! I have had no issues at all, no pain no itchiness, and I actually feel totally healed (although I know I’m not!). My sutures are gone and I honestly feel completely normal.
I chalk this up to a great surgeon, and really being kind and gentle to myself and really doing your research when it comes to post up healing. This is what worked for me: off your feet for 3 days, elevated hips, icing constantly for a few days, using a spray bottle while using the bathroom for at least a week, no baths, and sporadic use of neosporin after the first few days), and of course, those amazing compression shorts and a panty liner which I used for a full week afterwards.
This was 100% the right decision and I’m so truly so thrilled and so grateful.

You will not regret having labiaplasty definitely will boost your confidence if your constantly worried about your labia appearance. If your concern is the procedure itself then don’t worry the pain is very minimal nothing that you can’t handle. After day one I didn’t have any pain. Just a little bit of swelling.

As a thirty eight year old woman, I have been treated by a handful of plastic surgeons and have had consultations with numerous doctors over the years. I can enthusiastically recommend Dr. Richard Swift as the very best I have encountered. I discovered him using Google, and it didn’t take me long to understand what all the praise was for.

For me, there are three crucial factors when evaluating a doctor: talent, personality and professionalism. Dr. Richard Swift is outstanding in all of these domains.

Dr. Swift and his staff are incredibly nice and take the time to listen to your concerns. Initially i wanted Radiesse for my marionette lines, however, he explained about the human bone structure as we age and suggested that adding a volume on my cheeks and jawline, I will look younger. I have been seeing Dr Swift for about a year now(only for botox and fillers). He has been the first and only surgeon I have ever seen and to say that I am satisfied with his work is an understatement. At my first consultation I asked him about getting Botox around my crows feet and he suggested I didn’t need it at that time that on my next visit we can discuss if I still wanted it. On my last visit I asked him about getting some Lipo around my muffing top area and his opinion was I did not need it that a good balance diet and some strict exercise would do the job but that he would be happy to give me a quote if I still wanted it. The fact that he was able to provide me with his upmost personal and professional opinion made me feel very very comfortable. I went to Dr. Swift for undereye filler. He used Belotero and I’m thrilled with the result. I had been worried about swelling, since a prior filler (Restylane) I got years ago resulted in quite a bit of puffiness for days after. Dr. Swift explained that Belotero tends to be less of an issue, because it doesn’t attract water, like Restylane does. He was certainly right about that. I had zero swelling, the filler looks completely natural, and I’m very happy. What I also appreciate about his practice is that it is calm and quiet… none of the “med-spa” craziness one can find here in NYC. Dr. Swift takes his time and gives you his complete attention, and you will feel in safe hands.

I am so glad I chose Dr. Swift for my upper eyelid surgery. My naturally heavy lids worsened once I entered my 40s, and I looked perpetually tired. My dermatologist gave me Dr. Swift’s name when I asked for a recommendation, but I still did my own research because I wasn’t going to rush this decision. I read reviews, asked lots of questions during my consultation, looked at his before/after photos, and met his amazing assistant Stefanie. I was sold! Liposuction was chosen due to weight gain after a severe car accident and six operations. But like so many others WHO!!! There are several chains and many companies that rely on freelance doctors who get paid by the patients. The faster they get through with you and the next and the next, the more money they make, so do you think they have your best interest at heart. HMMMMM. These entities RARELY use a Doctor of Anesthesiology; therefore you are ONLY sedated, which keeps THEIR expenses down at your expense; possibly causing YOU pain and discomfort during YOUR procedure, which is why these entities only touch the surface and do minimal work. Like so many others, I was very leery. I researched several doctors. Dr. Swift and his staff were AWESOME. Dr. Swift took his time, answered all my questions and put me at ease. He is board certified, but more importantly he cares about his patients. I hired Dr. Swift immediately and you should too. Dr. Swift utilizes Anesthesiologist’s to fully put you out. Giving him the ability to flip, flop, toss and turn you every which way so he can achieve the best results for YOU. Dr Swift is THE BEST! He always takes time to sit with you at every appointment and talk through what you want to do and provides his recommendation without ever trying to upsell you. I’ve consistently had Botox and filler done with Dr. Swift, and have loved the natural (yet immediate 5 years younger) look so much – my friends have noticed too, and started going to see him as well!

I think what stands out to me most of all besides the incredible quality of work and obvious resume and credentials is Dr. Swifts earnestly and genuine care. He doesn’t rush you or seem dismissive. I went to Dr. Swift for an upper blepharoplasty as my eyelids were so low that they touched my lash line, making it pointless to wear eyeliner and giving me an overall grumpy look. I was very nervous to have a procedure done on my face, and was worried that I might end up with a wide-eyed hollowed out look. Dr. Swift was very kind, patient and reassuring. Both he and his receptionist, Stephanie, are warm and welcoming, and seem to genuinely care about you. I am now two months post op, and could not be happier with the results, they look very natural. I’ve even had people compliment me by saying that I look happier and more awake. I’ve told a couple closer friends that I had the procedure done, and they were surprised that they didn’t notice. I am a woman of some years – it was time to do my lower lids – they call it a lower blepharoplasty. I have been to Dr. Swift twice, following a recommendation from three friends who received surgery from him. Once for liposuction on my abdomen and again for an upper and lower blepharoplasty (aka making my eyelid larger and taking away my under-eye “puffies”). The results look amazing and natural; I could not be any happier with the results! Recovery time and pain was minimal, significantly better than I thought it would be. I went to Dr. Swift to have my deviated septum and my nose reshaped. Being 29 years old not being able to breath very well and very self-conscious of my nose I needed someone who I could trust. I went to Dr. Swift for Sculptra treatments. He serves as a trainer for the company to train other physicians so I knew he had great experience. I had several vials of sculptra injected to my whole face. The procedure was relatively painless and there was very little downtime. The result was amazing. I know that placement of this product is very operator dependent and I am glad that I found Dr. Swift who I could trust, that came through, and gave me the excellent result I was seeking. I will be going back for further treatments in the future.

Here I am, a savvy well known author, and sexuality coach for women who writes all the time about female self image, and I find my plastic surgeon on a Groupon! To many people get botox and the top third of their face is frozen and unnatural. I had been getting botox for years and this is the first time I saw what it could really do. Again, a natural looking result. I have recommended several friends and family members as well as co-workers to him and every raves about him. He most recently did a facelift on a friend of mine. I have never seen results as good as this. Not only the appearance, but, the care he took in stitching. I have seen so many facelifts that look good but when it comes to the stitching behind the ear, the doctors get a little sloppy. You would have to pull my friends ear forward to even see an incision. Really flawless work. I know many people who have had this procedure done at some big name New York doctors who are just riding on their outdated reputations.
